Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-10-19
CeeYou Art/Media Design is committed to making this website and the RYVIO application accessible. This statement describes the current state of accessibility, known limitations and how you can report barriers to us. This English version is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the German version of this document prevails.
Preliminary version
Preliminary version — as of 2026-10-19. Legal review of these texts is still pending. The German version published on this website is binding.
1. Scope
This statement applies to the website available under the domain of this offering, including the signed-in areas of RYVIO.
It is guided by the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the harmonised standard EN 301 549 as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) versions 2.1 and 2.2, conformance level AA.
We make this statement voluntarily. RYVIO is aimed exclusively at businesses; under § 1 (3) BFSG the German Accessibility Strengthening Act applies only to services for consumers and, in our assessment, does not apply to this offer. We nevertheless follow its requirements.
Description of the service
RYVIO is a web-based application (software as a service) for checking, improving, planning and publishing social media posts. It comprises a public website with product information, pricing, and a signed-in area with company profile, content check, planning calendar, approval workflow and connection of social media accounts. It is used in a web browser on desktop and mobile devices; no installation is required.
2. State of conformity
This offering is largely in conformity with the requirements listed above. The assessment is based on a self-assessment by the provider; an external audit by an independent body has not yet taken place.
The following measures have been implemented:
- consistently semantic HTML with exactly one main heading per page and a logical heading hierarchy
- a “skip to content” link at the start of every page and a table of contents for longer texts
- keyboard operability with visible focus indicators; individual controls are currently being improved (see section 3)
- declaration of the page language via the lang attribute, including switching between German and English
- contrast ratios for text and controls designed to meet the 4.5:1 requirement; individual colour values that still deviate are currently being revised (see section 3)
- a minimum interactive target size of 44 CSS pixels
- form fields with persistently visible labels and error messages in text form rather than by colour alone
- a responsive layout that remains usable up to 400 % zoom without horizontal scrolling
- respect for the system setting for reduced motion in animations; consistent implementation is currently being completed (see section 3)
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, the following limitations currently exist. We are working to resolve them.
- Some colour contrasts, focus indicators and the handling of the system setting for reduced motion do not yet consistently meet the requirements. The revision is in progress; this statement will be updated once it is complete.
- Images and videos uploaded by users do not always have meaningful alternative text or captions, as this content is not created by us.
- Automatically generated text suggestions are not checked for conformity with plain-language requirements.
- Some data visualisations (score displays, trend charts) convey information primarily visually; an equivalent textual presentation is in progress.
- No version in German Sign Language and no plain-language version of the website is available yet.
- A complete review with common screen readers across all areas of the application is still outstanding.
4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 2026-07-27 and last reviewed on 2026-10-19. It is based on a self-assessment by the provider against WCAG 2.2 AA. The statement is reviewed and updated whenever the offering changes materially, and at least once a year.
